How it all began...
Every journey begins somewhere.
Mine began with a single vintage quilt.
It wasn't perfect. Time had left it's mark. Parts were worn and bleach made it's mark beneath the faded stitches. There was something impossible to ignore...
the way it evoked the spirit of early America.

That first quilt became the inspiration for a one of a kind jacket, blending timeless craftsmanship with modern design. What began as a single creative project, has now grown into a passion for preserving history through wearable art and giving old things a new life.

Today, Oh Dear Boutique carefully curates vintage and antique quilts, heirloom textiles, and thoughtfully chosen fabrics... Each selected for it's character, beauty, and potential. Some were loving handstitched generations ago while others were skillfully crafted using sewing of their time. Whether made by hand or machine each piece reflects hours of thoughtful skill, creativity and care.

I believe these textiles deserve to be appreciated not only for their age but for the stories they carry and the craftsmanship they represent.
